Degree in Romance Philology (1981); MA in African Literatures of Portuguese and Brazilian Expression (1988); PhD in Portuguese Literature (1997); aggregation in Portuguese Culture (2006).
Vast bibliography published since the 1980s.
Professor at the University of Évora.
