Biography
Manuel Martins holds a master’s degree in Contemporary History, having written a dissertation on Portuguese-Belgian relations in the colonial context of the Cold War (1945-1961). His main areas of research are political and diplomatic history and Cold War issues, including late colonialism and decolonisation.
