Biography
MsC in Anthropology (Contemporary Topics) at the NOVA School of Social Sciences and Humanities. In Brazilian institutions, he has a Specialization in Cultural History from AUPEX (2007); Graduated and Bachelor in History from the University of Vale do Itajaí (2005), concluding his graduation and specialisation with research project focused on the History of the present time; Short Degree in Social Studies from the University of Vale do Itajaí (1999).
He has been working professionally in the educational and pedagogical area in the area of Human Sciences in the Brazilian public and private education networks since 1999. Between January 2012 and December 2016, he was Vice-President of the Union of Municipal Employees of Balneário Camboriú (SC – Brazil ), seeking, in the collective struggle, achievements for education workers and improvements in the municipal education system.
He is currently a PhD candidate in the Doctoral programme in History (Contemporary Topics) at the NOVA School of Social Sciences and Humanities and an Integrated Researcher at the Institute of Contemporary History, in the Research Group in Science: Studies of History, Philosophy, and Scientific Culture.
