Madalena Miranda

Biography
She was born and lives in Lisbon.
Graduated in Communication Sciences – specialising in Cinema and Television (NOVA FCSH).
Course of Documentary Filmmaking – Ateliers Varan, Gulbenkian Creativity and Artistic Creation Program. Master’s degree in Anthropology – Multiculturalism and Identities (ISCTE-IUL).
She is currently attending the PhD Programme in Digital Media – Creation of Audiovisual and Interactive Content, of the programme CoLab UTAustin Portugal (NOVA FCSH), with the subject “Imagens de Protesto, Retratos Colectivos no Arquivo Digital”, under the supervision of Professor João Mário Grilo, with the aim of developing an interactive documentary platform.
